Booking conditions

Your reservation becomes guaranteed with the receipt of a deposit amount of 30 % of the cost of your stay.

Your apartments are available from 16.00 on the day of arrival.
On the day of departure we ask you to check out of the apartment by 10.00 a.m., otherwise we will have to charge you for another day.

 

Payment

Invoices are to be paid on site before departure in cash, by EC card, MasterCard or credit card.

 

Holiday cancellation – what now?

We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance; this insures you against the costs of not starting or cancelling your trip.

Cancellation conditions

Cancellation up to 4 weeks before arrival: free of charge

Cancellation 28 days to 7 days before arrival: 70 % of the total price

Cancellation less than 7 days before arrival: 90% of the total price

Non-arrival: 100 % of the total price

Early departure: 100 % of the total price

 

The place of fulfilment in legal matters is the district court in Salzburg, Austria.
